Tracy had been wonderful all through day one when I first contacted him! He was never once pushy for the whole process . Tracy helped sell my primary residence, as well as the purchase of my current residence. As for selling, his efforts, marketing and overall approach to selling helped sell my house under 3 months (in a challenging market). His cooperation with other agents and brokers help drive good turnout and ultimately led to a successful transaction.

Tracy was the listing agent for my parents house. My parents are up in their years and had very little experience with real estate since they had lived in the same residence for over 60 years! Tracy helped to make the sale of their home an understandable process and a smooth transition into their new residence. Tracy is THE go to real estate guy.

I have known Tracy for a very long time so it was a no brainer who to call when my husband and I were in the process of buying a house.Tracy made looking for a house very simple.He knew how to "destress" me when I was getting frustrated with not finding the perfect house.He is a great realtor who knows exactly what he is doing and also knows exactly how to talk to the client.Tracy is very warm,caring and very attentive to what the client needs and is looking for when it comes to buying a house.I would 100% recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking for a realtor!!!!

We loved Tracy. He was so down to earth and helped us through the complicated process of buying our first home.
